What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number and delivery address.
• Your order details and any messages you send us.
• Payment is processed by our payment providers (Stripe, Afterpay and Klarna). We don't receive or store your full card details.

Why we use it

• To process and deliver your order and send you order and tracking updates.
• To handle warranty claims and support requests.
• To send you news and offers, but only if you've agreed to receive them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only the people we need to fulfil your order: our payment providers, our warehouse, the courier delivering your machine, and, if you bought through one of our retail partners, that retailer. If you reached us through our advertising, Meta receives standard, non-identifying advertising measurement events from our site. We don't sell your information.

Keeping it safe

We store your information with reputable service providers and limit access to the people who need it. We keep order records for as long as we need them for warranty, tax and legal purposes.

Your browser

The site saves small settings in your browser, such as whether you've already seen a pop-up offer. This stays on your device and isn't sent to us.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing admin@trainmygame.com.au. We'll reply within 30 days.
