Setup guide
Three short videos take you from the box to your first session. Watch them in order.
Two people needed. The machine weighs around 30kg, and mounting it to the hoop needs one person to hold while the other tightens. Put the battery on charge first so it's ready when you finish. All up, expect your first session within the hour, and the mount itself is about 15–20 minutes.
Safety first
- Mount it only to a sturdy, fixed ring and backboard in good condition. Don't mount it to a portable hoop unless the base is fully weighted, or to a damaged or rusted ring.
- Check every bolt and locking pin is tight before each session. The frame should not move once it's secured.
- Never hang from, climb on or pull down on the machine or frame. Don't let anyone stand under it while it's being mounted or removed.
- Adults should supervise younger children and keep small kids away from the ball chute while it's running.
- Keep hands and fingers clear of the chute and moving parts. Switch it off with the remote or the switch, and remove the battery, before clearing a jammed ball.
- Don't use it in the rain or leave it outside uncovered. Charge the battery indoors, only with the charger supplied.
- Stop using it if any part is cracked, loose or damaged, and contact us.
