Warranty & returns

Every TMG Assist comes with a 12-month warranty on the machine and battery. If something is faulty, we fix it. We don't offer refunds for change of mind.

12-month warranty

For 12 months from the day your machine is delivered, we will repair or replace the machine or battery if it fails because of a fault in how it was made. Any part that arrives faulty, or fails through normal use, is replaced free.

Covered

  • The machine (motor, passing mechanism, controls)
  • The battery
  • Any part that is faulty or fails through normal use
  • Freight both ways on approved warranty claims

Not covered

  • Parts broken by accident, misuse or rough handling. You can buy a replacement part from us
  • Damage from incorrect assembly or mounting
  • Water damage from use in the rain or being stored outside uncovered
  • Normal wear, such as scuffs and marks on the net
  • Machines that have been modified or repaired by someone else

Broken a part?

If a part gets broken through an accident or misuse, it isn't a warranty claim, but you don't need a new machine. Email us a photo, and we'll quote the replacement part and post it to you.

How to make a claim

  1. Email us at admin@trainmygame.com.au with your order number, a short description and a photo or video of the problem.
  2. We'll reply within 2 business days. Many issues are fixed with a quick call or a setup tip.
  3. If it's a fault, we'll send a replacement part, or arrange to collect, repair or replace the machine, at our cost.

Returns

We don't offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Please check the size, setup videos and FAQ before you buy, or ask us first.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before your machine is dispatched. If you're in a remote area and decide not to go ahead after seeing the freight quote, you also get a full refund.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits of this warranty are in addition to your other rights and remedies under the law. Our no change-of-mind policy does not affect these rights.
